The original agricultural use of this two storey farm house is immortalized in the fountain made with a round mill stone situated in front of the building: the upper floor was used to store and dry olives while the ground floor housed the millstone and the "ziraia", where the olive oil was stored in large terracotta urns.

At the upper floor there are three Superior Doublerooms, each made up of a spacious bedroom with double bed or two single beds and a comfortable reading area with armchairs.
At the ground floor there is one Classic Doubleroom with twin bed as well as a Suite Deluxe which is made up of a double bed and separate sitting room, two bathrooms, Jacuzzi tub, precious fabrics and exclusive amenities.

All rooms offer a high degree of comfort: a mini-bar, safe, room entertainment system by “Quadriga” with digital TV on 32’’ high-resolution flat screens, music- and video-on-demand, high speed and wireless internet access, telephone with direct external line, air conditioning and heating. The bathrooms are equipped with showers, hairdryers and magnifying mirrors.
