Mongiovino Swimming pool
It's situated about 100 metres away from the
Villa and from the Limonaia and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the
hills of Mongiovino.
Villa
Its architecture dates back to 1780 and it retains
its unaltered original characteristics. Eight classic bedrooms and two
suites are situated on the upper floors.

It is situated next to the Casa dei Gelsi and
near the Olivaia and the Olivi.
The Calessi Room
The Calessi Room, originally a store for
carriages and coaches, is now a comfortable room for meetings and
courses.
Casa Gelsi
An engraving in the stonework indicates that the
farmhouse was built in 1639. There are five suites on the two floors.
Olivi
Olivi is a delightful stone house surrounded by
centuries old olive trees. There are four classic bedrooms on the two
floors.

The Santa Lucia Chapel
This private sixteenth century chapel was
redecorated in the nineteenth century.
Limonaia
The lemon house, or limonaia, with large arched
windows was built in around 1750. An area of the limonaia has been made
into four superior bedrooms.
Olivaia
It's an ancient olive mill. There are four
superior bedrooms on the two floors and a classic bedroom on the ground
floor.

Take the autostrada A 1 heading south in direction of Rome and take the exit of “Chiusi Chianciano”. After the pay toll turn right to “Chiusi”. Go straight through Chiusi and after the village turn right towards “Citta della Pieve”.
Shortly after Citta della Pieve, passing the walls of the town on your left hand side, turn left onto the road SS 220 in direction of “Perugia – Tavernelle”. Follow the sighns to “Piegaro” and then “Tavernelle” always heading towards “Perugia”. Pass the village of Tavernelle, after 1 km turn left towards “Colle San Paolo”. Go straight on for 4 km and reach Villa di Monte Solare.

Take the autostrada A 1 heading north in direction of “Firenze” and leave it at the exit of “Fabro”.
After the pay toll turn left to “Fabro-Scalo”. At the first big crossing turn left in direction of “Monteleone d’Orvieto”.
At the beginning of Monteleone d’Orvieto turn right in direction of “Perugia/ Piegaro”. Pass the village of Piegaro and at the
T-junction turn right onto the road SS 220 in direction of “Tavernelle/ Perugia”.
Pass the village of Tavernelle, after 1 km turn left towards “Colle San Paolo”.
Go straight on for 4 km and reach Villa di Monte Solare.
