Villa di Monte Solare offers a enjoyable cookery course on the traditional Umbro-Tuscan cuisine. The 3 day (2 overnights) programme includes 1 enjoyable cookery class and 1 gourmet dinner at our restaurant “Dolium”.
Day one Arrival at Villa di Monte Solare. Welcome drink and presentation of the programme. Gourmet dinner at our restaurant “Dolium”.
Day two After breakfast, you will start your cookery class at 10.00am. The hands-on course provides an excellent insight into the preparation of exquisite regional dishes as well as traditional cooking methods. The course has a duration of approximately 3 hours and will be followed by a joint meal. At the end, participants will be provided with a specific recipe booklet on the produced meals.
Day three After breakfast departure.
Days of arrival: Sunday/ Tuesday/ Thursday
Price 2008 per person in double room from € 370,00 (in high season from June 1st until September 30th 2008 supplement of € 40,00 per person)
Course is subject to a minimum number of 2 participants.
The price includes everything described in the programme, 2 overnights in double room and continental breakfast, 1 dinner at our restaurant, 1 cookery classes with a duration of 3 hours each with all necessary material and information and subsequent meals. The price does not include any further services other than described in the programme such as transfers (tours are self-guided), other drinks and anything not mentioned in the programme.
