Umbrian and Tuscan cuisine of hiqh quality
The proposals of the Restaurant have always been based on traditional Umbrian-Tuscan cuisine and are prepared with natural organic ingredients: with the observance of seasonal variations of recipes and the imagination and creativity of our Umbrian chef Nicola Fanfano.Special attention is paid to guests' personal dietary requirements: specific dishes for vegetarians, particular ingredients for gluten-free, and dietary variations for food intolerances. A children menu is available.
The Restaurant is open every day for lunch and for dinner.
Dolium: La Terrazza
La Terrazza" (the terrace) is open during the warm season in the garden in front of the Villa and is the ideal place to treat oneself to savouring the delicious suggestions of our chef while experiencing the pleasant Mediterranean climate.
Dolium: La Cantina
Since many years the Villa di Monte Solare Cantina's wine list is recognised as the most important and widest range of selected Umbrian wines. The wine list, edited by the Umbrian sommelier Mirko Torrini, includes about 400 Umbrian and Italian wines from the best, most well known producers, as well as many particular and rare wines from small and very skilled producers.
The Bar
The bar of the Villa is open up from the morning with coffee, freshly squeezed juices, a tea menu, wines by the glass and spirits. Up from mid-day to the evening a selection of baguettes, homemade cakes and ice-cream is available.
